HCSS was formed in 1991 to meet the needs of Hanover County residents.

We work collaboratively with businesses and other non-profit organizations to provide educational opportunities to the community at large.

HCSS is a non-profit organization that provides financial support to citizens with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and substance use disorder.
