Rosie Patrick - Junior Miss Hanover Abilities 2023
Rosie Patrick served as the first Junior Miss Hanover Abilities in 2023. She had a fantastic time serving her community and attending events like the Ashland Strawberry Faire and The Mechanicsville Christmas Parade.
